What we collect

• Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password (we can never see the password itself).
• Usage — deck-time and song-making activity, so free allowances and Beats balances work. For visitors without an account we store a one-way hash of IP + browser + screen size (a "fingerprint") to run the free trial fairly. It can't be reversed into personal data.
• Billing — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your plan and Beats transactions.
• Songs you make — prompts and generated tracks are stored so your library works and so support can help you.

What we don't collect

Music you load from your own USB/folders is read locally in your browser and never uploaded. We don't sell your data, run third-party ad trackers, or share your details with advertisers.

Email

We send transactional email (welcome, verification, password reset, receipts). Marketing email is opt-in at sign-up and every message includes a way out — or email us and we'll remove you immediately.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a fingerprint cookie (evs_fp) to run free-trial limits. No advertising cookies.

Third parties we rely on

Stripe (payments), our AI music-generation provider (receives your song prompts, not your identity), and Google Workspace (sending/receiving email). Each processes only what's needed for their job.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time: help@evsdeckpro.com. We answer within 30 days (usually much faster). UK/EU users have rights under UK GDPR/GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and complaint to the ICO.
