1. What EVS Deck Pro is

EVS Deck Pro (evsdeckpro.com) is a browser-based DJ application with an AI song maker. Free accounts include a daily deck-time allowance and a starting balance of Beats; paid subscriptions include unlimited deck time and a monthly Beats allowance.

2. Your account

You need an account for most features. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 13 or older. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use it unlawfully.

3. Subscriptions, Beats & billing

• Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, monthly ($12–$39/month) or annually ($99–$390/year, roughly two months free). Cancel anytime at evsdeckpro.com/account → Manage subscription — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• On annual plans, Beats are delivered monthly — not twelve months up front — and refresh on your monthly anniversary. Monthly plans renew and refill each month.
• Beats are a virtual credit used by the song maker. They have no cash value, aren't transferable, and unused Beats aren't refundable. One-off Beats packs don't expire while your account exists.
• If a song generation fails, the Beats it cost are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Refunds. Monthly plans are non-refundable once a billing period begins (you keep access to the period's end). Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal if the plan is substantially unused; after 14 days annual plans are non-refundable. 4. Your music

Tracks you generate are yours to keep and share for personal use. A commercial-use licence for generated tracks is included with paid plans (Starter and above). Music you load from your own files stays yours and is processed in your browser — we don't upload it.

5. Fair use

Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, generate unlawful content, resell access, or hammer the platform with automated requests. Usage limits (deck time, Beats, daily caps) exist so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. To protect the shared song-generation service, generation is rate-limited to a reasonable number of tracks per hour per account; if you reach the limit, generation becomes available again a short time later. This fair-use limit applies on all plans and is independent of your Beats balance.

6. Service & liability

We aim for excellent uptime but the service is provided "as is" — occasional interruptions or changes to features can happen. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
